By accessing or using any Crealick product, service, or website (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Crealick reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platforms are the exclusive property of Crealick or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crealick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
7. Termination
Crealick reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
