1. Nature of Delivery
Crealick provides exclusively digital products and services, including software subscriptions, app access, and digital tools. No physical goods are shipped. All deliveries are made digitally through our platform.
2. Instant Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation, your subscription or service access is activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address with your access details.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are delivered instantly in most cases. In rare situations (e.g., manual verification required), delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team.
4. Payment Verification
For manual payment methods (such as bKash or bank transfer), access will be granted after payment verification by our team, which may take up to 12 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM BST).
5. Failed Delivery
If you experience issues accessing a service after payment, please contact us with your transaction ID at support@crealick.com. We will resolve delivery issues promptly or issue a refund if the service cannot be delivered.
6. Geographic Availability
Our Services are primarily available in Bangladesh. Certain features or payment methods may not be available in all regions. We are continuously expanding our geographic reach.
