1. Overview
At Crealick, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services. As our offerings are primarily digital in nature, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a subscription has been activated or a digital product has been accessed. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligible Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- The service was not delivered or was substantially different from what was described.
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the service you paid for.
- You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and the service has not been used.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the service has been accessed.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@crealick.com within 7 days of your purchase date, including your transaction ID and reason for the request. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Currency
All refunds will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the original transaction currency.
